An extra-heavy brass back adds ideal balance and natural downward force, helping ensure cuts remain straight, consistent, and controlled.

Users can choose from beautifully sculpted composite handles in bone resin or ebony resin, each shaped with carved finger recesses for enhanced comfort, grip, and long-session control. The saws construction is reinforced with four hand-peened copper pins securing the blade to the brass back and two split-nut bolts fastening the handle to both the blade and spine, creating a tool built for long-term stability. Every saw is personally tested and hand-tuned by Rob Cosman to meet his exacting performance standards, resulting in an heirloom-quality tool crafted for accuracy, reliability, and a lifetime of fine woodworking.
